Terms of service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Pixel Quest Innovations FZE-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a free zone company registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates under trade licence 4310241.01. By browsing this site you accept the terms below. If you engage us for work, these terms apply alongside your project agreement.
2. This site is not an offer
Everything here, including service descriptions, case studies, and any indicative timelines, is marketing material. It is not a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular result. A project becomes binding only when we both sign a proposal or statement of work.
3. How engagements work
The scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees for any piece of work are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work ("the project agreement"). Where the project agreement and these terms disagree, the project agreement wins for that engagement.
Work outside the agreed scope is handled as a written change request, priced and scheduled before we start it.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, currency, invoicing schedule, and payment terms are stated in the project agreement. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may pause work on materially overdue invoices, and we will tell you before we do.
5. What we need from you
Projects run on timely input. You agree to provide the content, access, credentials, approvals, and decisions the work depends on, and to give feedback within the windows set in the project agreement. You confirm that any material you give us, including text, images, logos, and data, is yours to use or properly licensed, and that our using it as directed will not infringe anyone's rights.
Delays caused by waiting on your input move the schedule rather than the fee.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment of all sums due for an engagement, the deliverables created specifically for you under that engagement become yours, as set out in the project agreement.
We retain ownership of everything that predates or sits outside that work: our tools, internal libraries, boilerplate, development methods, and general know-how. Where any of it is embedded in your deliverables, you get a perpetual, worldwide licence to use it as part of those deliverables.
Deliverables routinely include third-party and open-source components, each governed by its own licence. We will tell you what they are, and those licences, not these terms, govern their use.
The content, design, code, and branding of this website remain our property.
7. Showing our work
Unless your project agreement says otherwise, we may identify you as a client and show the work publicly in our portfolio, including on this site. If an engagement is confidential, tell us and we will keep it out. We will never publish material you have asked us to keep private.
8. Confidentiality
Each of us may learn non-public information about the other while working together. Both sides agree to keep it confidential and use it only for the engagement. This does not cover information that is already public, that we held independently, or that we are legally compelled to disclose.
9. Using this website
You may read, link to, and share this site freely. You agree not to attempt to breach its security, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or copy its design or content as your own.
10. Links to other sites
We link to client projects and third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
11. Disclaimer
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Warranties covering project work are those stated in the project agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, however they arise.
Our total liability connected to an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. Our total liability connected to your use of this website, where no engagement exists, is capped at USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
13. Termination
Either side may end an engagement on the notice stated in the project agreement. On termination you pay for work completed and costs committed up to that point, and we hand over the deliverables covered by payments received.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates together with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, where we are registered. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Sharjah, unless your project agreement specifies a different forum or arbitration.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for an engagement is the one current when the project agreement was signed. For website use, the version on this page applies, so the date at the top is worth a glance.
