Privacy policy

The short version: this site has no analytics, no trackers, and no cookies. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form, and it goes straight to our inbox.

Who we are

Pixel Quest Innovations FZE-LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and our trade licence number is 4310241.01. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive three things:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you write

That submission is emailed to our own mailbox. It is not written to a database, added to a mailing list, or enriched with data from anywhere else.

Separately, our hosting provider records standard server logs for requests to the site. These include your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the page requested, and the time. Logs of this kind are how a server stays secure and debuggable. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

• No cookies of any kind. See our cookie policy.
• No analytics, heatmaps, or session recording.
• No advertising, remarketing, or social media pixels.
• No third-party fonts. Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Ever.

Our legal basis

We process your contact details to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to scope and deliver the work. Depending on where you are, the basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Who else can see it

We keep this list deliberately short. The only third parties with technical access to data from this site are:

• Google, whose mail service delivers and stores the email that your form submission becomes.
• Netlify, which hosts the site and produces the server logs described above.

Both act as our processors. Beyond them, we disclose personal data only where a law or a valid legal order requires it.

International transfers

We are established in the United Arab Emirates, and the providers above run infrastructure outside it, including in the United States and the European Union. Submitting the form therefore involves your data crossing borders to reach those providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after our final exchange, after which we delete them. If we go on to work together, we retain the records that tax and accounting rules oblige us to keep. Server logs are held on our host's standard retention schedule, a matter of weeks rather than years.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing altogether. You can also ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Our handling of personal data is subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also hold rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Children

This site offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we introduce anything that collects data, analytics included, we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live rather than after.
